just East of Santa Fe in Visalia.
CCW Qualifications are at Visalia Sportsman's range at 7398 Ave 328, Visalia CA.
SB 2 made many changes to the CCW instruction requirements. The hours increased to 16 hours for initial and 8 hours for renewal. Also some changes in CCW Instructor certification may effect my status as a CCW Instructor. All of this is up in the air at this moment.
